Built in 1888 as the Merritt Boarding House, the original "See-Zurh House" was started in 1960 by Don See and Zurh Faulkner. In 1984 Thom Shagla purchased the "See-Zurh House" and continues the tradition of the "See-Zurh House" being a place where you find good things to eat and good friends to meet! In 2004 Thom remodeled the second floor and opened "SHAGGY'S". "SHAGGY"S is a fantastic place for private parties and is a perfect compliment to The "See-Zurh House". Both are the #1 local Favorite for value and quality foods. |
The ambiance is casual and relaxed at The See Zurh House, a family friendly restaurant. The decor is modest with a wood floor, and mirrors, pictures and photographs on off-white walls and several mounted TVs. We serve a traditional American cuisine with pork, steak, chicken, ribs and seafood entrees. |
